At Beyond ECM, our expertise came from applying our Opentext knowledge into multiple successful implementations to our clients, examples of where we can will help you in our implementation services:

•  Develop a design and build of Opentext Content Server Environments and perform complete installation and integration between all applications and components (Database, Content Server, OTDS, Archive Center, etc.) 

•  Installation and integration between Opentext Content Server and other leading applications (such as SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office 365) utilizing extended ECM Platform.

Beyond ECM will help you assessing your Opentext Environment by conducting an overall system health check to identify discrepancies, current and possible future issues, and ensuring best practices are followed. This is on  average a 2 to 6 weeks assignment were we will: 

• Review current deployment strategy, geography, and key use cases 
• Review “as-is” platform & content model architecture (logical & physical) 
• Perform health check analysis on database and application servers; assess performance and reliability of current architecture model  
• Review current and future (3-5 year) demand and deployment objectives
• Perform sizing and scaling analysis, assess server resources, e.g., CPU’s, memory, session management, and content volumetrics 
• Deliver short term and long term recommendations and plan for improvement along with action items at the end of each assessment 

Beyond ECM can help you perform both parallel or in-place Opentext Content Server system upgrade from older versions to the required versions. Our tasks on a high level are:
